HI Ashley,
Great question!
I have at least 25 wigs now (Yes, I'm addicted), anyhow they vary form long to short although all of them are synthetic (not human hair...yet)
The short ones don't get knots at the nape or back of the neck area as much as long wigs. The long wigs tend to rub on the back of your clothes which is why they form knots but the short ones (like the blonde one I have on in my latest photo) always sits really nicely and is lace front, so can be styled different ways.
I hope this little bit of info helps!

thanks lisa!! thats just what i was wanting to know... i can only wear the wig i have now as a pony tail because it gets so knotted at the nape of my neck! i love the blond short wig in ur pic!! it makes me want a short one even more lol
thanks again!!
Ohh Thanks Ashley,
You can actually get that wig from Voguewigs.com, it's made by Jon Renau and the style of the wig is Alia (it's in Jon Renau's Lacefront range). I already have two Alia wigs (blonde and brown) and I love them because they never really get knots in them.
Let me know how you go!

Hi Ashley,

I can't answer your question but would love to ask you one if you don't mind. I would LOVE to get a full lace wig so I could pull my hair up but I know nothing about them really and don't even know what company to trust when buying one.
Good luck with your search for answers on the shorter wigs.

Thanks!
hi Kathy! i love the full lace wigs especially with human hair. Ive only ordered one and it was from rpgshow.com When i first got it it wasnt the color i expected but i took it and had it dyed..it was my fault b/c i choose the wrong color lol. i dont even have to have glue or tape to hold my wig on when i wear it up in a ponytail.. just and elastic head band :) its so easy and im ready in 10 mins!!! if your thinking about ordering one i would suggest that you get a couple of inches longer than you think you will need and take it to a hair dresser that can cut it and style it for you. hope this helped :) if you have anymore ?'s, feel free to ask

take care,
Ashley
Ashley,

I have a short lace wig, and a long one. I don't feel that my short one takes more time. I also got my wigs from rpgshow.com.

thanks! thats good to know!
Hi Ashley! I'm waiting for my rpgshow wig to come in. Should be maybe another wk or 2. Very anxious and I hope I did the right thing with the colors...and the style. What style did you get? I got the beyonce one that had the blonde customer photos. It was hard to decide what would look best in lighter colors.

I only did the lace front for now because this will be my 1st lace and I was afraid to be overwhelmed..panic..and not wear it. Silly I know :(
not silly at all!! lace is amazing! its comfy and not hot at all! i love mine! i got the long jennifer aniston one where her hair is blonde. i got it in med brown which has a red tint :( did u get bleached knots?? if you did it will look really natural. i shave about an inch of my front hair line and use double sided tape to secure it so that it looks more natural. i hope its what you want and u love it!!! good luck and let me know how it is. ohhh and when i got mine it was REALLY thick!! just brush it a million times a day and after about a week or 2 it will look alot better.
Thanks so much Ashley!! Good info
Do you have AU, cause my vote would be to get Freedom Wig. But Follea has nice wigs, it all depends on what you like and what your budget is.
Hey Ashley

I love short wigs and Long Wigs. I think a bob with long layers would look the best on your face shape. If you use tape use a matte finish double sided tape.
