Hello Mandy, this is a shame you were treated like this. It can take a few visits to get things right, and this is normal. Brows ALWAYS, take 2 visits, but they should have advised you that sometimes (with Alopecia) it could take more.

I will give you all the advise I can

Hello, yes google me Heidi worman, and check my profile. I am a UK based Permanent Makeup artist, and have clients as far as Spain.

I have recently been involved with a fair few Alopecia groups, I will try to give as much advise as I can, I don't mind answering any questions I can, both UK and USA, if I can work the site out? its a maze!!!! reply to comments? reply to thread? reply to this?

Hi Mandy
How awful for you. I had my eyebrows tattooed by an "expert" they were terrible, looked like two brown slugs, then 2 yrs in they turned purple, they were uneven, and unbalanced. I spoke to somebody in the US who gave me a name of their Permanent Makeup lady. I went on her website and saw she trained people from all over the world.
Seeing I had had a terrible experiance, I was very careful. I emailed her and asked if she could recommend anybody in the UK. She gave me a name, I went for the initial appointment, and she said it was the worst set of brows she had ever seen. But she said that she may be able to help, but as they were so deep and badly done she was not sure of the outcome.
She used a new removable paste that she had to re-tattoo my eyebrows, twice. Eventually 90% of the ink waqs removed, and she then gave me wonderful brows, that were individual hairs and looked so natural.
She is not only a super artist, she is a lovely lady who makes you fee so at ease.
I am due for a "touch-up", but I can personatly recommend her.
