Taking a trip to Colombia and two of the places we are visiting require the yellow fever vaccine. When I went to get it the pharmacist refused to give the vaccine because she was unsure if it would end up causing me to have yellow fever. Waiting to hear back from an MD. Has anyone been refused vaccinations before or have any experience with a live culture vaccine with alopecia areata?

Since we noticed my son losing hair we did further blood work testing and he was severely deficient in almost all vitamins as well as platelets, iron, hemoglobin on and on. We did further testing on food allergies as we suspected for yrs due to chronic stomach aches and they showed wheat and egg allergies. We were shocked but with a Paleo diet he has not been sick with anything, his hair and skin look amazing and hair retro with with healthier hair than we'd ever seen on him. Mayo clinic drs confirmed his new diet, his vitamin regimen, and his stomach aches have completely disappeared. My allergies have almost completely cleared up as well and were all so much happier and healthier! This proves that health has to be taken into your own hands- you have to push and push for answers and do lots of your own research!
They've got 131,648 signatures last checked at petitions.whitehouse.gov

PROHIBIT ANY LAWS MANDATING THE FORCE AND REQUIREMENT OF VACCINATIONS OF ANY KIND.

No human being should be FORCED to be vaccinated against their will and/or personal/religious beliefs. I petition against making vaccinations of any kind mandatory. This includes forcing children to be vaccinated to attend public schools, activities, and daycare centers. This also includes adults working in the public or private sector.
Knew this would bring out the anti vaccine wackos. Yes it's your right, you should have the choice but you Shouldn't be allowed to attend public schools, daycare or any other public organization with rational people. Since you made that choice, you also made the choice not to protect everyone else who comes in contact with your kids. So the choice is easy vaccinate and enjoy public schools or not vaccinate and send your kids to private school.

Maybe it's the pro-needle types who are the whackos, Jim. What other drug is one-six fits all with no side effects for anyone? WHy don't you speak when you've read the medical textbook on the evidence that links alopecia to vaccinations. When lab scientists use vaccine ingredients to create models of human disease  -- you gotta wonder if the same ingredients are making the disease in the humans in the first place, don't you.

So you are saying Polio, measles, whooping cough were man Made? Seriously you need to quit listening to Jenny McCarthy. Even she doesn't believe vaccines cause autism any more. Been in the medical field for 20 years. Not 1 case of autism has been proven to be linked to a vaccine. Just want to thank you anti vaccination people for bring back Measles, mumps, Polio, bubonic plague, and whooping cough. Diseases once thought eradicated in the US.

Besides that fraud Andrew Wakefield show me a medical article that links AA to vaccine? Maybe it's the flu vaccine? Seriously the is such a lack of understanding of Epidemiology, Etiology, and Pathology. Saying aliens caused these diseases when they landed and did experiments on us is more believable then vaccines (or as you said goverment created them)

OK Jim, you want medical facts.  Just went to the VAERS online database and did a search for just alopecia related vaccine symptoms - results found 997 cases where Symptom is Alopecia or Alopecia areata or Alopecia effluvium or Alopecia totalis or Alopecia universalis.  You can look it up yourself - just in case you think we wackos are making it up. Also, here's another article about an Air Force reservist who developed alopecia as a result of anthrax vaccinations -  http://www.whale.to/a/bayati18.html

Sorry I was not more specific. Can I have a peer reviewed article, from a reputable medical journal? Of course Wacko Monthly will have articles. Ex Any AMA Journal, New England Journal of Medicine, American Academy of Dermatology,Journal of Dermatological Science, you get the idea.

VAERS is Wacko monthly??  ...Where did you get that from?  The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is a national program that monitors the safety of vaccines after they are licensed. VAERS is managed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Yes I agree, it's horrifying to find out what ingredients are used in these vaccinations and  they are used on little babies and young children!! And it's done deliberately, but that is another topic and the general public would be horrified.

Very ignorant answer, do your research and you will find many cases (and I mean MANY) cases where vaccines made no difference at all and you seemingly have no experience how vaccines can hurt and damage young children and babies. Of course this will not be obvious in general media but if you do some research you will find the awful truth. Corporations and pharmaceutical companies love people like you. Very sad.

If you are going to be exposed to something that can kill you - it's a no brainer.  Take the vaccine!  I got vaccines all during the time I was a flight attendant with Pan Am.  I had AA as a kid and none of the vaccines triggered anything.  I got AU after I got married and after I'd already flown for 10 years.  So, logically, I should tell you NOT to get married!

Except that autoantibodies are induced by vaccination as measured in blood tests before and after and , as in the demonstrated case of lupus erythematosis in military personnel's blood samples, can take on average NINE years to build to sufficient levels to manifest as overt autoimmune disease. Sounds just about right, doesn't it?
