Yes, we all have some form of alopecia and that can all make us a little sad sometimes, but what are some things that make you feel happy & content?

My list:

  • books with happy endings
  • buying new clothes
  • warm sheets fresh out of the dryer
  • my bed after a long day
  • taking off my hairpiece!
  • laughing till my ribs hurt
  • aiming a paper ball perfectly into the trash can
  • meeting new people
  • when your crush likes you back
  • back scratches
  • laying out on the grass and not getting sunburned

I couldn't agree more with you! I was so happy when I finally got my eyebrows tatted too :)

What makes you happy..... hmmm. What about "being one of the 7 dwarves"? :)

Oy! Shall I give you my Smirkface, Norm? That is Smirkface, not Smurf Face. :)

Nah, can't be Smurf Face - you're not blue. Well, you might be when you're not happy.... but the smile kinda gives the mood away too :P

Which sorta begs a new question: can blue men sing the whites?? aha!

I agree with almost your whole list.

- Rainy days

- Music(EDM)

- Talking with friends

- Good coffee/tea

- Being with family

- Reading

- Video Games and Movies

- Making new friends

The good news is so many things make me happy I do not know where to start

Thankful * thankful * thankful

I survived cancer (all tests clean for over 3 years)

All of the wonderful people in my life

All of the amazing animals in my life that make me smile

Conversations and laughing

Singing in front of an audience (and they are applauding when I am finished)

All of the drag queens that helped me to learn to put on eyelashes correctly

All of the amazing people I have met since I lost all of my hair

That I can feel complete joy, love and sadness and understand their places in my life

For all of the people that get it and giggle at the ones who do not

Traveling and seeing the sites and meeting new people

Chicago and the changing seasons

Educating people about alopecia and learning more about it myself

For all of the people that share all of the good and the bad on this web site
