Did anyone here that takes Xelijanz have high cholesterol before starting to take it. And how did you do anything to help the bad cholesterol?

ive always had high good cholesterol, but now wirh xeljanz i have high bad cholesterol.
very common side effect it seems.
reduce animal products cut out meat and cheese and trans fats

Sounds good. Fingers crossed for you ! I was just wondering if you were following any specific diets when you had that success ? Like maybe gluten or dairy free ? Also , did you have any co therapies or took certain vitamins or supplements ? I’m just trying to figure out what people who had great success we’re doing to see if there are any patterns to follow

Sorry I missed this!
No with my success, I have not followed a special diet or cut out any food groups are taken any particular supplements. I just eat a lot of veggies and a well balanced diet.
I do know that many holistic docs suggest that anyone with autoimmune should cut out gluten.
Before i went on xeljanz i did 7 month on strict AIP diet cut out dairy, gluten, grains, legumes, sugar you name it. but never any re-growth.

No worries Nat. Better late than never . Lol. I tried all the diets and supplements nothing worked .. I just remember you had no growth until 5 months, when you say no growth , do you mean not even vellus hair?

Hello Guys, I have managed ordering Xeljanz 60tablets for $350 from india, hopefully i will get my hands on them next week. I have also order tofacinix from beacon too, which one should I start with ? Xeljanz I have ordered stock for 3months. And recently I have read some people’s post that this drug hasn’t helped them much. But I am hopeful! And I won’t give up this fight . Everyday I wake up and look into the mirror as say I will be back. Trust me? I’m a mess right now . I don’t even know the last time I went to movies with my wife. I can’t even go out in public

target a 4 month calendar for transformation in your situation , I’m into my 14th week on xeljanz. Started on one pill for 4 weeks , 2 pills for next 4 weeks and on 2.5 pills (10.5mg per day) for the last 6 weeks. Beard fully grown , both eyebrows completely regrown and I have a full head of hair albeit 30% very light hair amongst 70% fully terminal brown hair. I was AT 3.5 months ago. Totally relieved I embarked on this treatment and will carry on long term as the alternative is not worth living.
