HI Guys,

Has anyone imported Xeljanz from india via Fedex?

Just wondering if its reliable and if it gets through customs without issue.

Hey bibby, thanks for your support. I’ve started tofacinix 3tablets a day 5mg as suggested by Nicole. I’m also taking steroids injection for my eye brows and doing a PrP treatment for fastening the process. I’ve cut down on a lot of poultry and soft drinks . I just hope I respond to it. I’m on my 4th day but I am so eager for the result. I don’t know how it’s going to work on me as I’ve seen people not responding to it. Do I have to follow a certain diet for this ? Or should I add oral steroids too?

Hi Ricky, I too was unaware how this was going to pan out for me. I have not changed my diet in any way. I’ve always worked out in the gym so my weight is under control however my cholesterol is high due to family history so I’m on statins for the last 3 years so also under control. I get my blood tested every 3 months and like Nicole T I watch my liver function and cholesterol levels myself. I’ve had zero side effects apart from feeling excited for the future. I used a 15% minoxidil for the 1st 5 weeks on my face and scalp however the effectiveness of this is unknown as the hair May have regrown without it too. Hi Nicole,

I have been following your posts and very thankful that you have been sharing your journey with everyone. After reading one of your earlier posts I have ordered Tofacinix from Beacon. I started on 10mg Tafacinix a day, (2 Tofacinix 5mg tablets a day, one in morning and one at night) After 1 month I've upped my dose to 3 5mg tablets a day. I have always had plenty of vellus hair but it would never turn into terminal hair on its own, but after 3 months on Tofacinix, I have noticed terminal hair starting to appear. I have been AU for about 8 years, I have used steroid tablets before which worked well but side affects were very bad. Just like to ask you some questions, did you have AU? If so how long for? Also have you suffered any side affects on Tofacinix? 

When I first starting taking Tofacinix, first week suffered some minor side affects, now nothing, almost like my body is getting use to medication ,is it the longer you are on this medication and increased doses that side effects start? My plan is to take a 11mg Tofacinix tablet in morning and 5mg at night until I get full regrowth and lower dose when regrowth is complete, thankyou in advance!  Paul

 Hey Paul switch it up so that you take the 11 mg at night and the 5 mg in the morning. That’s what my doctor at Columbia advised based on the bodies levels of something or other. I can’t recall right now. 

I have  no side effects yes my body got used to it after the  initial upper respiratory colds  when I first started.

I was only AU for about a year but I was working towards AU for about a year as it all fell out.

Just got my package of tofacinix delivered today.It took nearly a month,anyone running low order early.Beacon made me order 40 boxes this time and I was worried about going thru customs but it’s finally here.

Nicole I met my dermatologist, they think I need a physiatrist and I should accept my new self. I refuse to believe it. It’s going to be a week since I’m on tofacinix. How long will it take for me to see atleast some vellus hair. ??

Hey ricky 

yeah they told me “get a good wig” “your husband will be compassionate and your job won’t suffer” I did come to a somewhat place of acceptance for sure but still wasn’t willing to give up. 

What you do need to be is patient. Tofa new hairs won’t show for 3-4 months. Don’t add any steroids Because then you won’t know what’s working just be on one thing so you can know if that works.

Well I’m glad that you didn’t give in, my wife is very worried about me and think I should listen to the dermatologist, I’m not going to stop. I won’t lie I’m having steroids injections and PrP treatment for my eye brows and beard only. For my scalp nothing. I’m hanging in there just like the rest of us. I’ve seen one or two vellus hair on my hand but can’t say for sure if it’s cause of the tofacinix.  Like you suggested I’m on 3pills a day . Do let me know if I have to increase my dosage. I haven’t had any side effects till now thankfully
