I have received a lot of interest from others on here in my involvement with the Xeljanz trials at Yale.

I thought it would be nice for everyone if I documented my progress on here.

Xeljanz is a Jak3 inhibitor and is believed to work with alopecia by turning off the distress signal relayed by the hair follicle to the attacking immune system which is the cause of the hairs falling out. Xeljanz comes in a strength of 5mg per pill and a full box contains 60 tablets. The recommended dosage for arthritis is 1 tablet in the morning and another in the evening each day.

The trial is set in a series of stages and there are requirements before participating. These include monthly visits and blood tests every 2 weeks. Dr Brett King is absolutely fantastic and is an inspiration to me. His positivity and enthusiasm gives me the much needed hope I have craved for over a decade. I have been put on a low dose to start with which is 1 tablet every other day. My dosage has now been increased to 1 tablet every day and next month it could be increased to 2 tablets per day depending on the results.

I have completed my first month and have already noticed my alopecia has stabilised . I have not lost any existing hairs. In addition to this I have seen little hairs growing in my chest area as well as eyebrows. Fingers crossed! To date, I have experienced no side effects.

Do you have licence to sell Xeljanz online?

What is your pharmacy number?

I will not allow illegal activities on my thread.

I strongly recommend everyone to acquire their Xeljanz from trusted legal sources and to not send any money to anyone on these forums.

If anyone has any questions do contact me on here or more commonly via private message.

i am not selling xeljanz online to anyone, i was making a favour to someone who couldnt go to turkey. If he was the one who could go to turkey and get it, i would've probably asked him, and send him some money to get it for me. No business / no profit deal intended here, just help someone with this terrible disease.Ive got a sucessfull career in something completely unrelated to this and I don't need to be doing illegal activities to make a living, nor I was educated by my family to spend my  life cheating or doing something bad to a fellow human being, much less to someone who suffers with the same disease I am suffering.

If you read my post you will see Ive known this person for many years, long before I knew about this forum

To me the thing is closed i'm sorry you called me crazy, retarded,i'm sorry  you in email said me you attacked my  work so to cause me problems whit my work and mine clientes etc etc but i must imagine  you was in a bad moment so to me the fact is finished, and i hope in future when you attack a person do you try to remember that we are all in same boat and that you are not the only man in problems ...i paid you 400 euro for this expedition you used a packet of 15 euro...in this thing is all the true ...i helped you to buy another packet whit this 400 and the only thing you made for me is saying i'm retarded and crazy, and sent a packet you paid 15 euro ...

I opened this message only cause in another  email you said me you wanted buy ather packet of xelianz for other forum prople so NOT MAKING YOUR NAME i exposed my bad experience ...then  you  made all alone attaking and insulting.

thank you and

Best regards

Went to a compounding pharmacy and asked if they can make xeljanz into a cream they told me they need the correct formula.Does anyone know it or how often you have to apply it?
Went back to 140 on this site and didn't see anything showing the results of the Yale trial.Am I missing something.
Sorry Football fan. Trial results on p. 141 posted by EJK

come on don't be like that Nicolas, you even told me in one of the emails that my hair falls because I am a bad person, this is something terrible to say to another person especially coming from you, someone with the same disease

from now on, if you have to tell me something, send me an email, don't off-topic more this discussion please

Hi Football,

I will be getting a topical version in the next month or so .

When I find a list of ingredients I will post it on here.

Best

ADML

Thanks that would be great!
Are you going to look for the cream in one month or do you already know where to look?
Hope you are doing well...what is the reason you will be trying the topical cream? Is this in addition to the oral pills? Did dr king prescribe the xeljanz or the ruxolitinib? What is the cost? Take care

Thank you Adml, wondeful news.
