I have received a lot of interest from others on here in my involvement with the Xeljanz trials at Yale.

I thought it would be nice for everyone if I documented my progress on here.

Xeljanz is a Jak3 inhibitor and is believed to work with alopecia by turning off the distress signal relayed by the hair follicle to the attacking immune system which is the cause of the hairs falling out. Xeljanz comes in a strength of 5mg per pill and a full box contains 60 tablets. The recommended dosage for arthritis is 1 tablet in the morning and another in the evening each day.

The trial is set in a series of stages and there are requirements before participating. These include monthly visits and blood tests every 2 weeks. Dr Brett King is absolutely fantastic and is an inspiration to me. His positivity and enthusiasm gives me the much needed hope I have craved for over a decade. I have been put on a low dose to start with which is 1 tablet every other day. My dosage has now been increased to 1 tablet every day and next month it could be increased to 2 tablets per day depending on the results.

I have completed my first month and have already noticed my alopecia has stabilised . I have not lost any existing hairs. In addition to this I have seen little hairs growing in my chest area as well as eyebrows. Fingers crossed! To date, I have experienced no side effects.

If those red/dark spots on your arm continue, check with your doctor Sultan.

Yes it's work...but if you prefer tofacitinib citrate in alibaba a lot of factory sell it and also they can make in topical cream 0,5% ...i think we must use topical cream instead of pills, but it'a a mine personal idea.

i think we must help each other so to meet a good solution here  tofacitinib citrate

http://www.alibaba.com/trade/search?fsb=y&IndexArea=product_en&...

Did you ask any of the suppliers on alibaba if they will make a topical cream of tofacitinib citrate  ? What is the real difference in tofacitinib citrate they sell and Xeljnz topical that some users here are applying ?

Yeah, is it the same (quality) and can they distribute it to different adresses/countries? I have to investigate whether the customs in my country will allow it, since it's not approved in the EU (yet). But I sure am interested. If the Baricitinib works and is cheaper, I'd prefer that.

I have used Alibaba and ordered many other products from china and every time they have turned out to be fakes.

I strongly recommend everyone to stay well clear if you value your life. They try to make themselves appear legitimate with the use of fake certificates etc.., along with laughable photos (having been to see these factories myself in china I can assure you they are not what they appear to be) whatever is in this "powder" is certainly not Tofacitinib Citrate and it will more than likely do far more damage than any good.

STAY CLEAR - DANGER!

I completely agree with you. It is worth remembering China is the home of the fake eggs and fake chicken. They sell chicken and eggs to unsuspecting people in China and all they are is poison chemicals that appear like something else (youtube fake eggs china for reference) so I have little faith in these sellers on alibaba etc who could have bought stealth "trust pass" accounts to appear reliable only to sell us absolute SHITE !!.

Agree with you guys
I actually ordered also from India Dr rohit in fact I spend a lot of my money from nothing , maybe he treat some people, I put his Medicen 9 months I got worst when I use it, I would say it's fake treatment . all around the world now talk about Only one treatment Xeljanz and that's it
thank you
