I have received a lot of interest from others on here in my involvement with the Xeljanz trials at Yale.

I thought it would be nice for everyone if I documented my progress on here.

Xeljanz is a Jak3 inhibitor and is believed to work with alopecia by turning off the distress signal relayed by the hair follicle to the attacking immune system which is the cause of the hairs falling out. Xeljanz comes in a strength of 5mg per pill and a full box contains 60 tablets. The recommended dosage for arthritis is 1 tablet in the morning and another in the evening each day.

The trial is set in a series of stages and there are requirements before participating. These include monthly visits and blood tests every 2 weeks. Dr Brett King is absolutely fantastic and is an inspiration to me. His positivity and enthusiasm gives me the much needed hope I have craved for over a decade. I have been put on a low dose to start with which is 1 tablet every other day. My dosage has now been increased to 1 tablet every day and next month it could be increased to 2 tablets per day depending on the results.

I have completed my first month and have already noticed my alopecia has stabilised . I have not lost any existing hairs. In addition to this I have seen little hairs growing in my chest area as well as eyebrows. Fingers crossed! To date, I have experienced no side effects.

Outstanding! I am thrilled to bits that you are experiencing re-growth.Where did you get your Xeljanz? I have intention to buy Turkish xeljanz, however I am worried about its authenticity.

I'm usign but for now only 6 weeks so i can not see nothing about it, but they asked to the company and company assured identical to Usa Xelijanz

Thanks Nicolas for replying, that is wonderful if it is authentic. Though it might need 3 months to get any re-growth. But I am curious about your case. Have you got any villus hair or something after using Turkish Xeljanz? As any sing can be a good news
Welcome William! The Turkish Xeljanz is authentic, lots of people on the forum have purchased it including ADML, the originator of this thread, and had success. Most people on Xeljanz have had regrowth within ONE month. Me, Singh and Sultan h being 3 examples. You DON'T have to wait "3 months for it to get into your blood." I don't know where that idea came from. If you tap on a persons name (highlighted in blue) it will give you all of the person's discussions. So you can read all of their posts on the forum and see their progress since contemplating and starting Xeljanz.
Thanks xeljanzmiracle for your elaboration about xeljanz.
I personally didn't have a lot of regrowth in one month as some of these have but slow and steady I would say however I have been told it can take upto 3 months to get on the blood so don't be disheartened if you don't see growth in 1 month. As everyone is different.

There is a lady on intragram that had a full head of hair by week 12 ! So it depends how and when xeljanz kicks in.

Hope that helps.

Now are only 6 weeks and 4 days and yes i have regrowth in particular in face and eyelashes less :-( in eyebrown and head ...in legs no one...i'm  aslo taking vitamin d (before 10000 uil now 5000uil) and nigella sativa oil (and i noted where i put nigella sativa-my face- i have 4 times more regrowth respect in skin where i did not put it).
