I actually experience little blonde hairs growing over my head and face. I will not shave it or cut it off since this may be the effects of my hair trying to come back. I experienced this last year, but it left again so after being bald since 2006 who knows what to expect and how I will react.

Hey girl you will get use to it,, I mostly go everywhere bald,, In fact going out to a Sparks((the female Lakers basketball team)) game bald,, There are so many bald men there hey ,, I figure I dont stand out too much..

Lynn thanks for sharing the photo and most of all the story that went with it. I have been living with AU for many years and I was always afraid to go out without a wig and literally only a handful of people have ever seen me without. After finding this group I have also found acceptance and have been venturing out without my wig - I wear a scarf, but it's all about baby steps sometimes.
I'm glad you decided to take the picture with your sister even though it was painful for you. It is a very beautiful picture. I wish you and your sister the best.
