I'm not looking forward for school to start either. I'm the grand mom, who must be home at 3:00 for the big Cheese bus (NY slang for school bus). When school is starts, I know my favorite season is close by
I love Autumn!

Baylee is doing good. Thanks for asking. Hope you are too. Neither of us look forward to going back to school. We have a couple more weeks before we go back:(

Hi everybody,
I know the summer is a busy time but I was just thinking that we could schedule a night out in early August. How about meeting somewhere fun for tapas and music? Maybe Eclipse de Luna (perimeter area) or Loca Luna (midtown). If you're interested, let's pick a date.

Happy 4th of July ATL and friends! Have fun, but stay safe. The idea of a family picnic is exciting, but I'm thinking it would be nicer during cooler weather (Sept or Oct) and when family's vacation times are pretty much over. Valerie H. mentioned a ladies night out, that sound good to me. I would love to go see Guy & Dolls @ the Fox Theatre on Saturday Aug 20th @ 2:00pm, Maybe have dinner after. If any body want to go, shot me an email.
Ladies, if you have ideas for activities for the group, put it out there. The more ideas the more reasons to get together.

Its a camp for kids with alopecia and their families. This year its being held just outside Cincinatti. One thing it does is help kids develop their self confidence. Its free for the kids, but parents pay 225.00. This includes lodging, food, and speakers. This will be our first year to attend. I hope its as good as it sounds. Bay and I will have to miss two days of school in August but I really think it will be worth it.

Thanks Valerie and Regina. My head knows and understands but right now my heart hurts and I needed to get it out without her knowing. This is a great place to do that. We're going to Alopeciapalooza in August and I'm hoping that will help us all as a family growing and dealing with this. Love to you both.
