Looking for a doctor in San Diego CA to diagnose

I live two hours away from San Diego and I have been to numerous  doctors and dermatologists who say they have no experience with FFA and they can not help me  I’m desperately looking for any in San Diego ca area who has experience with this? Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated. On another note does anyone get tiny little frizzy hairs right at the part they don’t go down they are very short. Don’t know what to do with them or how to continue styling my hair. I am new to this whole thing in your opinion do I have it I’m pretty positive here are two pics.

Hi, Rose.  I see Dr. Diane Scot of Sharp Reese Steely.  I have also consulted with Dr. Yu at UCSD on Genesse Avenue.

Ok. Dr. Scott just moved to Sharp from Arch Healthcare.
