I've worn my military style wool beret with curly hair and I thought it looked OK. I think it depends on how long the hair is. (I don't think one of those "flat" french berets would work.) Or, how about a fedora?

I had a straight styled wig and i made Kangol styled caps to wear with it but now i have a curly wig(really curly). Now those and other hats i wore look silly with the curl hair.

What style hat goes good with curly hair?

@ Nicky Zip - First of all, welcome to our group. As for uploading photos, you sure can. Simply click on, "My Stuff" on the dashboard at the top of the page, scroll to Photos and get busy!

You can make an Album specifically for your head-wear if you choose to, or just a "general" album, it's up to you. Keeping in mind, that you can make quite a few different albums if you'd like.

Just to respond to a comment that was made earlier and to show an opposite opinion (hoping it won't turn in to some big deal, as that's not my intention), I don't think we should change the name of the group at all.

It's not as if anyone is trying to shut down all conversations about head-wear that's not a hat, or anything. That would be a good reason to ask for a change.

But seeing as that's not happening and we're talking about whatever we want, why bother?

Stephanie I'm going to try this. I think you need to use a third party host (Like http://www.photobucket.com) and upload your images there. Then use the HTML code that it generates and copy/paste it into the message.

I bought 2 new hats yesterday, plus a pattern for a hat and some fun material. I'm going to refurbish my favorite light weight coat with the fabric (it's a leopard pile) with a new collar and cuffs and make a hat to match. I want to get that done today! The hat in this pic is one of the ones I bought yesterday at TJMaxx. They have a decent selection that don't cost a mint.
