Hi Pandrew, who is your agent? You should call her to discuss. You can call me if you want and I will try to help you as well. 603-835-6753. The info sheet below is what I provide my own clients. Let me know if it helps.
Hint: In the beginning, you may want to slightly moisten your scalp and the
inside of your prosthesis before placing on your head. This will allow
your prosthesis to slide more easily into the correct position on your
scalp.
Hello everyone. I just got my first Freedom vacuum wig and am struggling with how to get it on and keep it on. Any suggestions or tips?
I sent you an email. Thank you
Hi Zeida, I might be able to find someone for you, but I'll need to check with a client. Email me back at debbifuller3@gmail.com and I can see if there is someone they recommend. Who is your agent?
I guys can someone recommend a stylist in Florida. South or central Florida. Thank you.
Hi All, Can anyone recommend a good UK hair stylist with experience cutting Freedom wigs?
Hi Lauren, I have a client in Philly who used a stylist named Tobi at Hush Salon. I'm sorry I don't have more info, but if you Google, you can probably get more info. Also, I have another client from Richboro PA who used Anita Polin at Anita M. Studio. She has a private room. I'm not "recommending" these people but they have been recommended to me by my own clients. Another possibility is Carmine & Co. in Warrington PA and Lisa Garman at Salon Ruby in Hershey. If you end up using any of these, let me know how it goes. As I said, they are only suggestions from my own clients.
Hi! I am in the process of purchasing a freedom wig. My rep told me that it will be shipped in October.
I wondered if anyone had any suggestions of stylists in my area. I live near Harrisburg, PA. Philly would be okay or Baltimore even. A little farther is okay, I just have no idea where to go to get it styled!
My rep recommended a stylist in NYC, however, that is a little far from me and she said the stylist is really expensive. I am not against going there and ultimately will if I can't find somewhere else, but I would prefer to go somewhere more convenient! She asked me if I had a stylist in mind but I don't know anyone who has experience cutting these wigs!!
Thanks :)
Lauren
Hi KK2, I'm sorry, but the answer is no. You can't wear a Freedom without committing to shaving your head. The suction is dependent on you having a clean shaven or bald head in order for the vacuum fit to work. When or if you get to that point, then you might be ready for a Freedom. I realize how difficult it is to come to terms with this type of alopecia. Everyone arrives at the point when they are willing to shave what they have at a different point. Make sure that the guy you are dating is someone who will accept you as you are. You are worth it. If he isn't the one, don't lose sleep over him and wait for a guy who loves you for who you are. They are out there - I can promise you that because most of my clients as well as myself are happily married to great men.
