Thanks Lisa!
Debbi,
I appreciate your support. You guys are stars when it comes to customer service.
I'd still really like to hear from any other Freedom wearers with tips for what works best for them with their piece. (Especially a brand new piece.) So, Freedom Friends, I am all ears. Please share!
Hi Lisa, I haven't received your pictures yet so I don't know the issues. There may be some sort of defect or problem that can be fixed or some other issue. Don't worry, you are not alone and whatever the problem is we will handle it. Don't worry and don't stress. If you can't send a picture, send me the wig and I will look at it and determine what the problems are. I will pay for shipping. Call me - I just got home from the NAAF conference last night.
Hello!
I'm trying to "break in" my first Freedom wig. I'm having a hard time.
The hair was much shorter than I was anticipating and there is so much bulk at the top, which makes the piece look like it's for an older person and wiggy. I've been wearing vacuum pieces all my life and this is the first one people comment looks like a wig. Any advice for styling this piece to make it look more natural?
I feel just sick when I think of what I spent and how I feel in the wig. Was really hoping this would not be my experience. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Hi Zara, I've had 2 freedoms so far. It is by far the most real looking out of all the other choices. No one knows my hair isn't real unless I've told them, so I havent had to tell anyone I don't want to. You can part your hair which ever way you like, the scalp looks exactly like any other scalp with hair in it. All you have to do is style it whichever way you like when its wet. When looking at anyone else with a freedom on you can't see the front of the cap, I can see mine but that is only because I scrutinize myself so closely haha.
Yep, it just happened last week when I went to Jacksonville! I wondered what she was going to do and then she just assumed it was some weird anomally and told me I was free to go!I'm going to have to make sure my tattoos are totally covered! LOL!!
Wow Deb! Great story...
Hi Zara, I went through security at the airport the other day and I travel a lot. I have never had anyone even notice that I was wearing my Freedom. This day however, I must have had it on just a tad too far back and a tiny bit of my head tattoo was visible to the screening machine. Since there is some metal in the dyes used for the tattoos, the machine picked it up and when I came out of the scanner, the TSA agent asked me to tip my head forward. She looked directly at my scalp and said, "ok, you're good, nothing there". The part looks exactly like your own hair would even up close.
hi folks, I am planning on getting a freedom wig and just wanted to know everyones opinion on how real it looks? do members of the public realise its a wig or even friends and family? Does the parting make it look real? Can you see the front of the cap when wearing it?
Would love anybodies help
Thanks
