Well..... I did it! I took the plunge and ordered a freedom Wig! I was down on vacation at Hampton Beach New Hampshire. I just got back yesterday. Debbi Fuller drove down to see me and we did the scan. I wasn't 100% sure and was just going to do the scan and then would have thought about it. In the end I decided to do it.

I am scared stiff though! Like I said before I am not a long hair type of gal. I like layered funky cuts. The cut I want to go for is the Lisa Rinna type. I have been wearing a synthetic layered razor cut which I adore except it is synthetic. We originally were going for the light wave pattern but I just was worried it would lie there so switched it up to a light curl pattern.

Julia McDowell had gotten a piece with the light curl pattern and I liked how hers looked when it was cut. Here is hoping that the wig will turn out. I will be driving back to New Hampshire and getting cut down there by a salon that Debbi recommends. I have had a HH wig butchered before so I am only trusting this piece to people who work with these wigs. I am really hoping they can work their magic and give me that funky layered razor cut I am looking for. Ohhhh I will be going back to being a brunette too...maybe adding some caramel highlights. I only went blonde because my Paula young wig only came in so many colors. The brunette color was awful. I am looking forward to being darker again. I have hazel eyes and freckles so looking forward to not being so washed out...... Darn I am sooooo nervous!

Hey everybody!! I couldn't wait to get on here tonight and post a couple pictures of Mikayla and her new Freedom Hair!! We met with Karen Peterik and her stylist today to get it and have it styled. It is absolutely beautiful! This is the closest we have ever come to replacing what she lost. It is so beautiful, and so natural...Mikayla couldn't be more happy!

Matt

I posted a few other pics, and larger sizes on my profile.

I had to stop by to say Hi. I got an email yesterday that Mikayla's FW is IN!! Now, we're in for the longest 3 weeks of our life! LOL No...I actually think it will go by pretty quick. She says that it's absolutely beautiful, so I can't wait to see it on my precious girl! I'll post pics after we get it!! Our appointment is for March 22nd.

Thanks ladies! Yes, I am very lucky to get that length of hair. But, I believe any length of hair you order for your FW will be beautiful!
