Ha ha now WAITING....That's the hard part!!! All worth it in the end. :)

Seed...thanks so much for that. You're right, I am overthinking! We've been dealing with this hair thing for so long now, and so many orders have been "not exactly" what we though they would be...I'm just worrying too much! :o) Then again...when it comes to our daughter...I don't think we could think too much. I talked with Karen, and the same as you...she has calmed my anxiety over this, and we are going with movement...just like she suggested. Now...I'm just going to sit back and try to wait patiently for the next 5 months!! LOL

Matt, I thought about this decision a lot when I was in the ordering process...Turns out I was overthinking as I often do!! i ordered movement because in the end i decided I didn't want stick-straight hair. The movement is still basically straight, but can be coaxed into a soft wave or alternatively fully straightened easily!! My (14") FW is absolutely perfect and I am so happy your daughter will get to experience this life changer too!

Hi guys - I ordered mine with movement as I thought it would be nice to have to play with it less and if I wanted it straight - I could straighten it. Just my thought. I get mine next week.

Quick question for anybody who has one of these. We're trying to make our final decision about whether we want to go with "straight" or "movement" on Mikayla's FW. She's 13...any suggestions from those of you who have one and know exactly what it's like? :o)

Hi!
I just got my first FW. My stylist did a nice job of cutting it in but there is still too much hair. It looks unnatural for a 50 something women to have hair so thick. I asked my stylist but he seemed unsure how to "thin it." Any suggestions.
Thanks,
Susan

Well...today was the BIG day! Karen came to the house and scanned Mikayla for her FW! What an awesome experience for Mikayla, and our whole family really! We ordered 12 inch length with a blend of two different "light brown" colors. The only thing we weren't 100% sure about was "straight" or "movement," but we ended up going with "movement." Karen was amazing at explaining everything, and made us all feel so comfortable. We are hoping that her hair will come in by the 4th week in March...that's our Spring Break, and we will take a vacation to Chicago, do lots with the kids, and get Mikayla's new hair cut and styled all at the same time! :o)

So anyway...I just wanted to share the exciting news, and brag about how awesome Karen was while she was here! We are all so excited and can't wait...I'm sure this will be the longest 5 months of our lives!!

I heard you. Emily does not want anything to do with glue or tape. She had a couple of human hair wigs from iwig - lovely wigs by the way. The right wig makes all the difference in the world for Emily. She has had her FW since the end of this August. It is funny, she even puts it on at night after bath, no sleeping in it though. All her friends could not believe how natural the Fw looks on her. Go with the stylist that Karen recommends. You do not want to chance it with one that unfamiliar with FW.

How long has you're daughter had hers? Mikayla is in marching band as well, and she's on swim team. She plans to take her FW off and just wear a swim cap for swimming though. She's been wearing human hair lace wigs, but they only last about 3 or 4 months...we're ready to get away from tape a glue!!
