Yes. I live in a lifestyle where I needed something I could do all these things. Sure my wig has got tatty a little earlier then expected. But it still looks fine! I love it. I wear it everyday. Its so nice to run your fingers through something that feels like your own hair. And to add a special touch to it, it has my very own hair in it from when my rep shaved my head and did the 3D mould for it.

Trust me! Hairdressers wont make a mistake cutting a $4000 wig! I want to go side fringe this time. I wear mine everyday, play sport 3times a week and wash it like every 2 weeks when its convenient for me! It certainly doesn't get the royal treatment. I live in North Queensland and the humidity is rather high so I sweat alot. But i wear it to play squash, netball, go horseriding, ride the motorbike. You won't regret it!!

:) You're like me...I had my hairstylist - who knows me really well to practice on my "cheaper wigs" so she could get the feel and we could both build some confidence. My rep is in Chicago so she has a lady who cuts the freedom wigs there - I'm thinking I'll use her for the basic cut (and to cut wispies around the edges, etc.) then use my normal girl for everything else :)! My luck I'll hang too close to a fire or something :)! I think I'll order another one after I get this one just in case...(my husband has been so supportive and financially putting other things off so I can get this :)!). You'll be great...! Cannot WAIT to see your photos - you go gorgeous and tell ALL!!!

I ordered mine last month and am already overly anxious so I can just imagine your frustration and hope!! My rep was to send my fit dealt last week and no word - she's out of town per her email. The reps are really kind and I know yours will contact you asap. It is worth it (so I hear) :) please keep the wall posted on your progress and some photos. Are you getting yours cut at home?? Anyway - best wishes. Happy hair ;)!!!

Your welcome =) Once you get your hair and have it cut, don't forget to post pics. This time round my girl had a side fringe cut in, just something different than her last cut.

Hi,

If it makes you feel any better I ordered my wig in March and its not going to be ready till end of October start of November. I have one already and it is totally worth the wait. However the one I have now is starting to look a little tacky and has a bald spot right in the front. Time to be repaired. It has done 2 years of every day wear and is fantastic. You definitely won't regret spending money on buying one!

Hi Jen,

Sorry you are feeling frustrated =( Have you contacted your rep? That would be my first step. I recently had my daughter piece in for a repair and we had to wait an extra week for it's return. They certainly make sure things are 100% before they pass them on to you. Communitcation is certainly the key to most things in life, so contact your rep. Trust me, it's worth the wait =)

hey all, I use dial anti bac soap to clean the inside of my piece every am and pm but I seem to get very slippery by the afternoon with the humid weather we are having here in chicago. does anyone use anyhing else maybe it's just me and I'm extra oily. lol.

Just wanted to stop in...our appointment has been delayed for a month or so. My daughter ended up being admitted into the hospital over her appointment day. We had it all worked out with the hospital and Karen, but then the airline wouldn't work with us to change the ticket. SO...we are now planning hopefully for September 11th!!! More waiting! :o(

Rosy...I've looked at the pictures on your profile, and first off, your daughter is beautiful! Since we are placing our order this Saturday...only a few days away...we are still trying to decide whether we want 10 inches or 12 inches. Right now, the lace wigs she's been wearing are 16 inches. She's fine with shorter hair, but we're just not sure how much shorter we want to go. Do you mind letting me know which pictures of your daughter are which length so that my wife and I can get a better idea. I think Karen's is 10, so I guess we'll see that Saturday, but we're just trying to be prepared before she gets here.

Thanks,
Matt
