Ha, no way! I lived in Salem for a while and know Peabody very well. I miss the north shore :)

Lets see, my hair was straight, so I got the 'light movement' or something like that, it is pretty straight, but not pin straight, I got the 10" as I think that will be long enough for me, sort of wanted the 12" but really never wore my hair that long.
I got extra light to light density as the look I am pretty much trying to achieve is of that in the picture w/ the woman/pontail. I was told her density is light, but we went for the extra light to light because brown hair is thicker in diameter, so I would not need as much hair as she had on her piece.
I want something extremely simple, something that will offer a bit of versatility too. My hair was pretty flat, so she is having them direct the hair more down, and not with added volume that many adults ask for. I will have some bangs and some long layers and will probably often wear it back in a loose low messy bun type of thing.

I am so excited, I remember having a dream about 2 months ago that I already had it and was wearing it and absolutely was in love, it was perfect...then I woke up and tried so hard to go back into that dream...just for a couple of minutes, but no such luck :(

Right now I pretty much live in bandanas/hats. I have a codi wig and she is really pretty, but she does not work well for me at all.

Oh yea, the color brown I got is so amazingly close to what I asked for but just a tinge darker, which will lighten up as I am in the sun, which I plan to do alot...it's been too long:)

Hi ladies, I'm from Boston too! I ordered my first Freedom at the end of Nov., and after inquiring I was told it would be shipped at the end of April...Waaay longer than I had been hoping for, but like you have heard from many others, I think it will be worth the wait. This will be my first wig ever, I have had totalis for years but I live in scarves...ski hats too in the freezing winter here! I ordered mine long with movement and a light density. I also plan on wearing no bangs, possibly long layers. I'll post pics when I get it. :)

Thanks for the compliment! I really appreciate that. I think I might go with long layers and long side swept bangs. I'm concerned about keeping the hair out of my face, but I don't think I want straight bangs. I also don't want to have to style it all the time. Hopefully some side swept bangs would do the trick. I went with "light wave". What kind of hair did u get?

I'm still very hopeful that it will be worth the long wait. everyone here seems to say so. What hair are u wearing now? I'm having a bit of a hard time trying to find something I like...

I really have no idea, I expect/hope late march early april. I had went for the filling the 24th of Nov., but was told the company in New Zealand closed down for about 3 weeks in December for Holiday, so that will add a few weeks meaning it will probably be April. I recieved the sample hair and sample cap last weekend and all was given a green light on monday. I am not sure how long it takes from this point on....I am soooo excited and so nervous:) Do you have the general style you want to achieve picked out yet? You have great bone structure and a beautiful smile, you can get away with just about anything!!

ugh, should have stated in the below post that the picture is of a freedom being worn in a ponytail showing some undercutting, I will probably need more as I have to shave but we'll see how it goes :)

Deb
Here is one of the pictures I showed my agent as to what I was looking to be able to do, though I will probably have to wear it in a looser type bun as I do have to shave and the nape will slightly be visible, though maybe with the proper undercutting and a close close shave it will be okay. It is a little tricky when shaving is involved, but I think with proper cutting and a bit of trial and error in fiddling around with hair placement, that an updo is definately possible.

it is the one of her w/ a ponytail

Best of luck to you!! When do you get it??

P S After those were taken we went back and had more undercutting done as we found it wasn't heavy enough
