I am so sorry you are having trouble connecting with your agent. I've emailed the two agents who might be helping you so that they may get back in touch with you asap. But I will share with you that Freedom (our manufacturer) has been closed from end of Dec to last week for the holiday break -- so our ability to provide any updates during that time was impacted. This happens each year -- I'm always envious of their extended break but I do also understand it can be frustrating to our clients when you want to know how your FW is progressing! I know you will have an answer shortly but it does does Freedom a week or two to settle back in to catch up...Enjoy your new 'do when it arrives! Fingers crossed that will be very soon!!

I am waiting on getting my 3rd Freedom wig. I really love my freedom wigs but having difficulties this time. I placed my order beginning of July and still waiting. I understand this takes a while but my other 2 have not taken this long. I sent an email to my consultant the 2nd week in January and she said that she would find out where we are in the process. I have not heard back I even emailed her again last week. I'm beginning to get frustrated. I know there can be delays in getting the hair but in the past I was always informed and had the option to change. I have had no updates except the one or 2 when I reached out. This is my first time with this consultant and I'm thinking it will be the last. I am paying too much for this wig not to be kept in the loop. Sorry to vent. Just really frustrated and not sure what else to do. Anyone else have trouble with not getting responses from their consultants?

will say I have worn freedom in ocean/pool and it does not budge so very secure. also the hair is such high quality (I use Chi products on it), that it can take a beating. problem for me is that i feel like my head is melting if sitting in direct sun , so I too skip the wig and just do scarf and hat in summer sun

@ none. Yeah 90+ with humidity is to hot for me with wearing a wig.  And yes,  they sure do itch. I will wear a scarf when I go to the beach.  I wouldn't dare go there with that expensive piece.

@ LarrineDenise, how long have you been waiting for your wig?  I got mine yesterday, 12/18/16.  I met with the consultant on 6/11/16.  Been a long long wait.

Pamela in Florida. Feeling hot I guess is subjective. I find the Freedom wig super hot in anything over 70 degrees, and I cannot wear it at all during summer heat. However, it is not itchy like every other wig, has much better hair and is easier to style, so I live with it.

@ none.  LOL I live in FL and just received my Freedom Wig yesterday.  Still trying to get it on correctly.  :(.  I wondered about the heat and even asked about it and was told " oh I don't think it will be an issue."  Right.  I'll find out next summer.
