I finally had a chance to listen to Ms.E's radio show on Alopecia! It was so empowering. I was in tears and I do not cry. I am so mad I missed it when it first aired. I will be joining the call on 10/27!

Welcome back Moonflower! Sad to hear your little man is not feeling well. Sending up prayers for a quick recovery and you as well.

All is well over here. I have my good days and bad days, but there seems to be less bad days, so that just means I'm growing and starting to love myself inside and out (especially out) LOL! The mirror is truly my new best friend. I cannot stay away from the mirror, just loving what I see, since I've shaved my head this past March. I pray everyone gets to this moment (Love dancing in the mirror) Be blessed!!!

Greetings my fellow alopecian sistahs :). I've been MIA for a little while. Hope everyone is doing well and in great spirits.

As for me, I've been caring for my little boy who has been fighting a bad cold :(. It's so hard to watch him go through it. I'm also a little sick as well, but that's a whole different story.

It's so beautiful to see the connection and support on this board! I look forward to joining in on the great vibes too, especially later this month with the conference call!

Oh, I forgot, you're more than welcome for sharing the platfom. It's always my pleasure to create/share a platform for those who first, are making a difference in their own lives and the lives of others--especially in mine. You have done that by being HERE for me and others who have shown up here.

It will bring me even greater pleasure when you realize there are no big or little players in the callings God assigns, and stop undermining the work/role you've undertaken. I love the quote which says:
"A big shot is just a little shot that kept on shooting" :D

I commend you Sister Girl! Shoot up!!! :D

It was an awesome show Ms. E. I enjoyed everyone, Sonya, Sandra and Stacie. I told my mom, how great it was listening from work to those that GOT ME! Ladies, to just hear someone speak to what you are feeling and cannot explain is awesome! You have to hear the poems from Sonya Renee and from our very own S.L.W.A. (Stacie Ferrell-Tucker) brought tears to my eyes. Ms. Stacie, please publish that one!
