The first signs appeared in early 1993 when i was 12, quite early doctors said it was alopecia areata. It has been very difficult for a little guy, also because in my case, i was a very social person. Since that, for many years, things changed a lot, i became a quite introvert person and many signs of that bad period changed my personality in the worst way. After the first 5 or 6 years of treatments (also with awful and useless ones) i gave up, because i thought this disease would have been everlasting. Now i'm 30 and i think i was right, but i accept myself a lot more, even if sometimes i have some little crisis.
