Stress, alopecia and endocrine system?

For me, all of my flaire ups of alopeica have happened directly after large stressful events in my life... and while I know it may not be the case for everyone, for me I believe that stress has a direct correlation with my alopeica.

Wow, we are similar. I was also on methotrexate for over a year. Grew some brows back and some vellus, but once I stopped, it fell out. Now I am AU, but have only had this stupid condition for a total of three years, two of which I still had scalp hair. I wonder why we are so slow at responding. Please keep in touch and let me know how you are progressing and I will too.
