Pregnancy and alopecia

I've recently had a baby and through out my pregnancy my hair started coming back!!! But since giving birth it's started to fall out again! Had this happened to anyone else? And have you tried to take pregnancy hormones like eatrogen through medication to stimulate the follicles? Desperate

What did you do?

i want to know if anyone has actually recovered from AA and seen their hair again?
i want to know if i should just give up and face that fact that i will have no hair for the rest of my life... im only 16 years old :(

HELPP!!

i have AA and most of my hair is gone and my doctor wants me to take steroids by mouth :( what should i do? has anyone had any experiance with that drug , by mouth???
My auntie took them by mouth and it made her body shape change and gave her facial hair! should i take them?? or not?
