Yup...

I never win anything. Never. Tuesday I won something - a hairdryer. Yes, you heard correctly. A hairdryer. Is that not the most crazy thing ever? "Hi my hair is falling out, can I have a hairdryer?" ROFL. My hairdresser had a giveaway over the holidays and she entered me in. Bless her heart. It's a professional dryer. Nice one. She uses this hairdryer herself at her salon. I can still use it for now but I had a good laugh when she gave it to me.

She has been such a blessing to me through all of this. Before Thanksgiving I went to see her to show her the toppers and wigs I had purchased. We had a blast trying those wigs on. She went to the other hair dressers in the shop to see how they liked my wigs on her. Then had me go around. They preferred them on me. ha ha. Proof you can have fun with wigs.

Which brings me to another point. I have been taking advantage of the holiday craziness and wearing my wigs out to events. Seeing friends. Most of them thought the wig most like my bio hair to BE my bio hair even though they had maybe just seen me a week before wearing the wig. This wig is longer and a completely different color than my hair at the moment. This shows one that really only you notice what is happening with your hair. Most people aren't that observant.

So, yes Christmas comes with irony to us all. I will enjoy my hairdryer as long as I can and then...well who knows!

Happy New Year!

Glad you liked it LilyBell. I know I was laughing a lot about the hairdryer after I got it.

Good point Rose! I can use it for other things including HH wigs. I am finally coming to the understanding a need a HH topper. And I am contemplating purchasing my first HH wig. Just need to pick one out that I like :-) But it still cracks me up. And I am not hair skiled at all!!! I keep telling my hairdresser she needs to give me a lesson or two.

You are lucky Rose. I think I will see if I can get my hairdresser to do it for me. I will pay her. Not that way!

Funny story! You could keep it for guests who come to stay with you! Or... re-gift it. My Mom bought me a Chi hair dryer years ago, and this past Christmas, I gave it back to her as a Christmas gift. LOL. Now, I need to find a home for several curling irons.
