Eyebrow Liner/ Fake Eyelash Advice

Hi all,

I have been losing my eyebrows and eyelashes for the past few months, but the process has seem to sped up recently, and I have accepted the fact that I will soon have to draw my eyeybrows in and possibly wear fake eyelashes sometime in the near future. Does anyone have any great products that they use for drawing their eyebrows in? Any great fake eyelash products? I'm also not really sure how to even draw my eyebrows in....I'm kind of nervous...! Any advice would be helpful :) Thanks so much and keep smiling :D

Im horrible at drawing brows, but there are stencils out there that can help you. You can order online, or probably find at the drugstore. I would start with a light color pencil. I had permanant makeup done..which is great so far.
For lashes, I like self adhesive Revlon, and I add DUO glue to them...so far these are the best I have found. I have spent tons of money on lashes...and I didnt find it was worth it. Also, just eyeliner alone is usually enough to make your eyes pop enough. Not one person has noticed I do not have lashes because I wear liner.

Hey Natalie! Last year I began to lose my eyebrows as well. Since I was living at school on my own I quickly ran to the nearest cvs and purchased as many eyebrow pencils I could find. To this day I have been using Revlon Brow Fantasy... and I highly recommend it! It has two sides, one is the pencil and the other is a gel which you brush over the liner... it makes it look so real! I hope this helps :)

Hey, my eyelashes started falling out within the last month as well. Right now I'm using an Anastasia brow pen (you can buy it from sephora http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P219410&categoryId=C10474) I really like it because you can draw it on thin or thick and it's pretty long lasting. After I've done that I do a quick sweep with a tan colored eyeshadow to give it a bit more definition.

I do have a couple of suggestions. Go to the NAAF Marketplace www.naaf.org; Marketplace and check out Stamp Me Fabulous (eyebrow stencils with pens) I love them! Also, check out Ditzy Eyebrows, it has a eyebrow cream and a fibrous powder you put on top. Very realistic!

As I've proudly disclosed before, I am the Director and creator of the NAAF Marketplace. I receive compensation from NAAF to manage the site, guarantee good business practices and ensure that the products are constructed well and priced accordingly. I do NOT make any commission from any of the companies that are on the Marketplace. I have spent 10 years searching for companies that make quality, affordable products for people that have hairloss challenges, as I do. I have had alopecia areata universalis for 30 years, and think I have every right to post on the message board that everyone else has. Why should I be excuded? Particularly, when the product might be helpful to someone? Lisa Ciancio

I agree and will continue to search for helpful products that we can all use.

Sure, it's really a neat product. The fibrous powder is very effective and natural looking. They stay on a long time as well.
