My daughter had dry eye for a while. There must be some dust getting into his eyes that is causing his eyes to water. Please go see an eye doctor and they can help him out. It could be allergies too. Eye lashes do a service to keep things from flying in. Mother Nature knew her stuff.

I also have AU and have dry eye. My optometrist says it is due in part to not having eyelashes to keep dust and dirt out of them. Not sure what the drops are called but they do work. Maybe a good place to start is an optometrist

Hi there, Tear over-secretion is usually caused by irritation or inflammation of the surface of the eye. This can happen for various reasons, including eyelash and eyelid issues or allergies. Strangely, a dry eye issue can some of the time cause watery eyes, because the eye produces excess tears to combat the irritation and dryness. So, your son can also wear wholesale sunglasses, as wearing wholesale reading glasses can also help to reduce eye watering, but make sure that the wholesale designer sunglasses must be of good quality to assure 100% safety protection.

The next time someone makes an idiotic comment such as, "It's only hair", you might remind that hair (scalp, brows, lashes) serves a purpose other than just providing a normal appearance.  I love the way insurance companies will tell you they don't cover this/that/or-the-other because it's
"cosmetic".  Huh??  They pay for breast reconstructive surgery following a mastectomy.  When I ask them why, I get dead silence.

Why no eyelashes? Most likely there's an infection or it's a common mite. Everyone has it but under fruitful conditions it develops. And the eyes may be watery from excess infection, so you need to wash your eyes with a chamomile solution and treat with a mite ointment. I wouldn't recommend antihistamines, just a baby cream or a light, non-greasy eyelid cream. And some hormones will be needed if there are complications in the form of couperose. I've also been taking vitamin complex tablets to support the metabolism of certain medications.
