Eyelashes

Hello all! It has been a year since i have been diagnosed with AU...my lashes were last to go....has anyone ever had their lashes grow back??? I am just curious, i really despise applying lashes!! Anyway, thanks!!

yup I have and they grew back longer/thicker than EVER before. But it was because i was using shumuel gonen 'hair up' treatments , they were herbal gels.

This helped with eye lashes? What about the scalp hair? Just curious.

Hello Alexis, I wanted to try the treatment Gonen, I contacted him but he said he did not guarantee the result for AU. AU you have or what you have alopecia? How much did he help treat Gonen?

yea i think i had au i KNOW for a fact i had no eyelashes/eyebrows/hair so yea actually i DID have AU

But now after the cure Gonen you had hair regrowth? That is, you now have your hair?

yea i did. but right now i do not have any hair, eyebrows and eyelashes....they all fell out even though i was using the treatment, i think it had more to do with alopecia being an unpredictable disorder than the product not working. Most people who have used his treatment have never had their hair fall out again so it is worth a try!!

My daughter is au with lashes last to go.no regrowth yet. We have a friend with au who had regrowth of lashes and brows. We got some but I don't know that my daughter uses it regularly. Its a prescription steroid cream.I recently posted it in a discussion. One never knows if its spontaneous or response to treatment. Her regrowth is full.let me know if u can't find it on here. I will friend u.let me know. My daughter has never used false lashes.we do have an appointment for cosmetic brow tattooing. :)

Yup. More than once. For many years now, I've had full to mostly full lashes--the most constant hairs on my body. For that, I am grateful. I hated how much stuff got into my eyes without them.
