A - Annoyance of society's unacceptance of bald(for men and women, but for women in particular)
L - Lots of time wasted on how my hair looked and trying to cover it up for 15 years!
O - Oh so happy that I made the decision in February to shave my head and start wearing wigs.
P - Pleased at the overall reaction that I have received regarding my decision and alopecia
E - Everyday is a new experience and a new chance to educate and help people understand and accept alopecia
C - Can't believe that I didn't find AW sooner
I - I am so happy and so thankful for having my AW friends to help me thru these times(good and bad)
A - Able to live my life and not look back(still working on that part) and just be ME!!

L- Loneliness, You feel like you're all alone...
O- Opening up, showing the world who you are!
P- Perseverance, Not giving up through the hard times, keeping that bald head up!
E- Envy, wanting to look like the others.
C- Coping, knowing that you're great no matter what!
I- Independence, Learning to stand tall and strong!
A- An overall amazing experience, We are beautiful. This has been one of the best things that have ever happened to me. :)
