I have received a lot of interest from others on here in my involvement with the Xeljanz trials at Yale.

I thought it would be nice for everyone if I documented my progress on here.

Xeljanz is a Jak3 inhibitor and is believed to work with alopecia by turning off the distress signal relayed by the hair follicle to the attacking immune system which is the cause of the hairs falling out. Xeljanz comes in a strength of 5mg per pill and a full box contains 60 tablets. The recommended dosage for arthritis is 1 tablet in the morning and another in the evening each day.

The trial is set in a series of stages and there are requirements before participating. These include monthly visits and blood tests every 2 weeks. Dr Brett King is absolutely fantastic and is an inspiration to me. His positivity and enthusiasm gives me the much needed hope I have craved for over a decade. I have been put on a low dose to start with which is 1 tablet every other day. My dosage has now been increased to 1 tablet every day and next month it could be increased to 2 tablets per day depending on the results.

I have completed my first month and have already noticed my alopecia has stabilised . I have not lost any existing hairs. In addition to this I have seen little hairs growing in my chest area as well as eyebrows. Fingers crossed! To date, I have experienced no side effects.

Thanks Singh and Hopefinder! I just finished 4 months of treatment.

Wonderful Miracle i'm very happy for you i also wanted begin but the man i paid to send me xeljanz from Turkey made a expedition(i paid 300 to the help h made and 10t0 make a good expedtion) that after 35 days again does not appear ...i'm very frustred ...any one know a good  person in turkey that can buy kelianz for us and send to our houses?

ok, please keep your personal matters out of this forum.Mainly because you're not right at all.

I am the one who Nicolas the Frances is referring to, when he talks about this "person" who hasn't send the xeljanz to him. Before he destroys my reputation I want to write a couple of things, by the exchange of emails between him and me, it's so clear that he's so full of sh*** that he will say my name eventually, and say things that are false.  Ive nothing to hide, and I've done nothing wrong, that's why I am writing the following.

I've known "Nicolas" for many years, because he's the manager of the wig company I've been buying wigs to for some years. Although Ive had problems with the wigs over the years, sometimes really bad quality, sometimes good quality, that's the reason why I still buy them. Other times, and this is more often I have encountered problems with the delivery. But I really didn't mind about the frequent delays on delivery. We both have alopecia universal, and I considered this person a friend, although Ive never actually met in person.

He sent me a link to this forum a couple of months ago. And I discovered xeljanz here. So I decided to go to turkey to buy some for me, and for me alone, but he asked me if I could buy some for him. Although I was afraid something like what's happening with him right know would happen. I said yes, because I considered him a friend, and I wanted to help him. At first I was thinking on only buying 1 box, because at that time I had so many unexpected expenses that I could't afford buying more and paying for the flight tickets and so on, but he offered himself to share the cost of accomodation and flights, so he sent me 1370 euros for 2 boxes. So I decided to buy 2 boxes for  me as well, instead of only one. I bought 4 boxes. We thought the boxes cost 560 euros, but then because of the exchange rates it turned out to be nearly 590 per box. I told him, and also that he didn't need to pay me any more money, he offered to pay me some more, and I said everytime no, he kept insisting and insisting, and eventually he trasnfered me 100 euros more.

In Turkey, I got xeljanz the same day I went there. It had already arrived in the evening at the pharmacy I had ordered in the morning. I sent the pictures to him, and also the invoice. When I left Turkey, I was going to the place I go for holidays everyyear. I had 2 connection flights, and I tried the very moment I entered europe, in one of the airports, sent his boxes through mail. I had to walk a lot, and ask a lot of people. However I coulnd't send the boxes in that airport.  So  the next day, when I was in my holiday place I tried to send the boxes.

It was a hard time for me to send him the boxes, because every delivery company I tried, was requesting me to show the content of the package, and we know xeljanz is no allowed in europe. But eventually I found a company that weren't that picky, and I sent him the boxes on the 10 of December, which was Friday. I put some books that were mine in the package so that the package wouldnt look so suspicious in the customs.  Christmas time came by, and the delivery companies all over the world are overloaded, so he still hasn't received the xeljanz, Although he's able so see where the delivery is, ( it's already in his country) he doesn't believe me, and he's accusing me of being a liar, a thief, and treat me almost like I forced him to pay me the money and so on. This guy is crazy. He's exchanging utterly nonsense emails with me all the time insulting me and so on. And I really don't need this kind of shit in my life, I already have my share with the alopecia.

Moral of the story, think before you try to help someone who you think is a friend.

I'm a crazy? i'm insulting you??? WHERE???? WHEN? Really you  are no honest Dotto Who.

And another thing a friend not ask 400 euro more to help a friend so i'm not a friend i'm a your client and i paid you very good to have a service that you can not assure good ...if i was a friend i must pay o nly xwlijanz and expedition not also almost 400 euro more...so please respect your client and not write he is a crazy or he is insulting you..also cause it's not true...i opened the message, and i never put uyour news(like you made whit me ) cause i know also other wants b u y from Turkey so to help them to not make same mistake, if you want  buy in Turkey go directly or give your money to real friend no friend that insulte you and take money from you to help you---best regards dear friend .

Thank you Nicholas. Your Xeljanz is on the way. Dr. Who is correct, the delivery companies are all backed up. I ordered a starter for my car three weeks before Christmas. The part arrived into my city the same day I ordered it, but 2 weeks later it still HAD NOT BEEN UNLOADED from the truck. I gave up and bought another one at double the price from a store nearby. I too, am tired of getting attacked by a certain negative person on this site. Let's all endeavor to be kind, loving and supportive of each other.

the problem is i paid high money to him to help and i hoped he made a good expedition no a expedition of 10 euro.

Thank you Nicolas. You will receive your Xeljanz soon. Dr. Who is right. The delivery companies are all backed up and delayed. I ordered a part for my car 3 weeks before Christmas and still have not received it. It has been sitting on a truck for almost a month, waiting to be unloaded. Finally I gave up and got the part from a local store at twice the price. Have faith, your Xeljanz is on its way! I personally will never order anything I really NEED around the holidays again.
