I have received a lot of interest from others on here in my involvement with the Xeljanz trials at Yale.

I thought it would be nice for everyone if I documented my progress on here.

Xeljanz is a Jak3 inhibitor and is believed to work with alopecia by turning off the distress signal relayed by the hair follicle to the attacking immune system which is the cause of the hairs falling out. Xeljanz comes in a strength of 5mg per pill and a full box contains 60 tablets. The recommended dosage for arthritis is 1 tablet in the morning and another in the evening each day.

The trial is set in a series of stages and there are requirements before participating. These include monthly visits and blood tests every 2 weeks. Dr Brett King is absolutely fantastic and is an inspiration to me. His positivity and enthusiasm gives me the much needed hope I have craved for over a decade. I have been put on a low dose to start with which is 1 tablet every other day. My dosage has now been increased to 1 tablet every day and next month it could be increased to 2 tablets per day depending on the results.

I have completed my first month and have already noticed my alopecia has stabilised . I have not lost any existing hairs. In addition to this I have seen little hairs growing in my chest area as well as eyebrows. Fingers crossed! To date, I have experienced no side effects.

I took 2 a day for first 3 months, then went to 3 a day and a lot of Biotin after that.
miracle you life in San Francisco ?
My doctors are in San Francisco. I live about 30 minutes away.
Yes that's me and my husband BEFORE I lost my hair, lol!

hello friends

i am  using baricitinib since like last 10 days and i can feel very little hair growing on my  back side of neck..its definatly working as my  hair falling has  almost stopped and remaining hair dont look as funny ( i use biotin too , 10 mg a day lol ).. steroid shot dont grow this type of hair growth almost everywhere as my head seems very unfertile too  and resistant to growth even with steroid shots

i think with this protocol i can have full head of hair

steroid shot once every month  to aggressively stop growth of bald patches

prp once every 2 months ( to boost growth  of those tiny hairthat baricitinib grows )

baricitinib 2 month on 2 month off  ( to keep my immune system  calm )

iam writing  this because it may help some guys who cant afford xeljenz .

but somehow i feel this disease has been blessing to me as i have stopped meeting to people who are not very  important to me. this way they were not able to pour there bulshit in my head.,..i find myself more clean.  not meeting many people is NOT necessary a bad thing .

you are self dosing using chinese sourced baricitinib, correct? 10mg/day?

Do you have any plans for having your health checked during this process?

Chris, he said he's using 10 mg of BIOTIN a day. Aladdin do you mean 10,000 mcg of Biotin? Because I take a few of those a day.

yes but in previous post he mentioned using 10mg/day of baricitinib so I was just wanting to confirm that for the sake of keeping accurate records :)

Makes sense

Why are you buying drugs online without any specialist knowledge or safety parameters?

Your hairs now appear of same colour? Cuase to me are growing super dark and before(when i had) they were light brown...is this thing dangerous or i can stay quiete?

Thank you very much did you speak whit a doctor about the thing to use baricitin and prp every 2 months? it's very interesting your post, thank you very much...how much did you pay every month, cause xelijanz for my is really too expensive...i also read baraticinib has very little sides effect, it's very sure...but also xelijanz appears very sure noone in forum has had important sides effect
