I have received a lot of interest from others on here in my involvement with the Xeljanz trials at Yale.

I thought it would be nice for everyone if I documented my progress on here.

Xeljanz is a Jak3 inhibitor and is believed to work with alopecia by turning off the distress signal relayed by the hair follicle to the attacking immune system which is the cause of the hairs falling out. Xeljanz comes in a strength of 5mg per pill and a full box contains 60 tablets. The recommended dosage for arthritis is 1 tablet in the morning and another in the evening each day.

The trial is set in a series of stages and there are requirements before participating. These include monthly visits and blood tests every 2 weeks. Dr Brett King is absolutely fantastic and is an inspiration to me. His positivity and enthusiasm gives me the much needed hope I have craved for over a decade. I have been put on a low dose to start with which is 1 tablet every other day. My dosage has now been increased to 1 tablet every day and next month it could be increased to 2 tablets per day depending on the results.

I have completed my first month and have already noticed my alopecia has stabilised . I have not lost any existing hairs. In addition to this I have seen little hairs growing in my chest area as well as eyebrows. Fingers crossed! To date, I have experienced no side effects.

Hello everyone,
Quick question.. Has anyone switched to the turkish Xeljanz and experienced anything unusual? I have 3 packs of turkish Xeljanz that I'm gonna start taking after I finish this month's pack. Also is it ok if I switched from time to time between the turkish pills and the ones I'm taking right now , or do I have to stick with the same kind of pills all the time?
If the turkish xeljanz is legit then it will be exactly the same tablet as the american version .
Thanks for the reply ADML :)
I hope it's legit. I don't know how I can make sure but they look exactly like the ones I've seen in this thread.
Hi Ahmed you can send the the Turkish Xeljanz direct to pzifer and they will check it for you and tell you if it's legit or not. Just ring them

Are there any rumors going around that the turkish xeljanz is not legit ? I have a Turkey bound flight booked for the end of the month so now I am concerned !!!

I remember ADML had the pills tested that were from Turkey and they were legit

Bibby, the Turkish Xeljanz is legit. Lots of folks on this site have gone there and purchased it and regrown their hair. I'm more concerned about the political situation over there in Turkey. It's a shame that you have to risk your life to fly to another country that is in political turmoil to get this medicine. Let us know when you have safely returned.

Bibby my 25 year old son from Canada has developed AU in the last yr which seemed to come out of no where. He has had a very hard time coping and dropped out of university. He has tried cyclosporine for the last 7 mths with no success. I am also a health care professional and have met others suffering from various forms for alopecia. Wondered if the pharmacy you are going to would be willing to mail the Xelijanz to say Canada instead of having to fly there. Do you happen to have the address and phone number of the pharmacy you are going to? Do you need a prescription? thanks so much

I live in Canada and was able to access Xeljanz. Your best bet is to find a dermatologist in your area who specializes in skin / alopecia.

I did have acne in the beginning of tKing xeljanz for about five months and than it cleared up. No weight gain that I noticed.
Very nice looks great and most likely will only get better what was youre status when you started and how were things at around bottle 6 that's where I am now with good results scalp Takeing a bit longer patches of white hair that I'm hopeing will eventually all fill in Thanks for shareing.
