I just replied to your query about my wig on your site :)
Yeh I was embarrassed once when we were introduced to another couple and the woman wore a scarf and was obviously bald and my hb says I think you and Pat have something in common and she said oh are you having chemo? It always seems so trite to explain I'm bald but hey I'm as healthy as a horse!

I've had no experience with trichology. Let us know how it turns out for you Gonz.

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone heard of a guy called David Salinger who is a Trichologist. He works in Sydney Adelaide and Melbourne...? I was recommended to him...
Any experience with trichology?

All your comments are welcome

I was going through the checkout at Coles at Maroochydore the other day and there was a guy in the queue ahead of me who I'm pretty sure had AU. Unfortunately by the time I got through the checkout he was gone, but I really felt the urge to introduce myself. Has anyone had this sort of experience and if so how was your introduction received?
It's a shame there's not more activity on this site for us aussies hey....

Hi Fellow Aussies!

I've just recently developed alopecia and just joined up to alopecia world the other day. Great to find a group for australians. I'm in Canberra and would love to meet anyone who lives nearby.

Looking forward to getting to know you,

Sam

Anyone part of this? Is it only for androgenic alopecia?
