Soo there's this thing that I've started, It's an 8 week core challenge. You can either choose to gain weight (what I've been doing) or lose weight. I would love to share my story of how this has completely changed my life, especially from being able to embrace my baldness now that I've gained a few extra pounds of muscle! lol If you're even the slightest bit interested, message me!! I can even direct you to what I've been doing. “No matter who you are, no matter what you did, no matter where you've come from, you can always change, become a better version of yourself.”
