I'm 28 and I've recently experienced a tremendous shift in appearance due to the doctors diagnosis of alopecia. Am I ready to except that condition? No. I'm hoping for the best and I'm doing my utmost to stay positive in the midst of all of this.
Other than this recent shift that happened in October of 2014 I'm a thriving individual. I've spent a lot of time traveling the world, and really enjoy the outdoors. God & spirituality have a big part of my heart. I'm working with an amazing company and have broken records in our sales organization. I love a challenge. I will admit that this hairloss has been my hardest emotional battle. But, i'm determined to overcome.
On this site & in this interesting time, I'd like to be an encouragement and receive it, as well. Since i'm a newbie to hairloss I could definitely use a, "it's going to be ok." Let's do this!
Hi Arun. Just been reading your write up. I have been going through AA for the last 8 months or so. Tried everything almost. I'm fasting at the moment. But as soon as its over. I will be starting the AIP diet. Did you have any recovery after doing this diet?
