I wanted to share with my AW family my day today.

Today I went swimming at the leisure center for the first in 10 years !! (ever since my alopecia made me very self conscience) As I was walking into the change rooms I could feel the anxiety rising up and as I was making my way thru the showers to the pool area the anxiety was cresting high.
