Good for you! It's all about baby steps. I took a week off from my wig and only wore a scarf - I was on vacation from work at the time but like I said it's all about baby steps.

Roslyn, Congratulations on your big step! It is amazing on how all of our negative thoughts are disproved as we start to live our lives. We tend to go straight to the worst case scenario. People are much more accepting than we give them credit for. Granted we always need to be prepared that not everybody is going to like our decisions and at that time it will require us to stand firm. After a while I find it became a strength for me to be able to take the compliments as more importantly stand through the negatives, while I continued to do what I needed to do for me.
