How funny about having a "fat" day.....yep, hitting the big "50" does strange things to women. I want to stay healthy and fit. It's just the last few years, the weight has been climbing. There is way too much junk food out
there....So we have to make the right choices. It's too hot in AZ to go walking now...only 107 degrees. But I do love coffee.....iced or hot. Enjoy!!!!!

Okay everyone, I'm having a "fat day", nothing fits, well nothing I want to wear so I'm staying in the house all day...I'm striking...my fatness. Who decided that when a woman turns 50, she has to get a tire around the middle? I don't even like tires! I hate muffins, yet I have "muffin top" on most of the jeans I love the best, well not anymore! I've been walking everyday, being conscious of what I eat and how much, I never ate alot anyway, but I have only lost 3 lbs in the past 3 months. it sucks. I don't like coffee, so I'm going to has a spice chai tea, anyone care for one >:-(
