I am so grateful for my family. My 25th birthday just passed and my nieces sent me a card that stated "Auntie Kate you are the prettiest cue ball in the Universe." . My sisters have been so emotionally supportive through my hair loss and especially recently when I decided to buzz my head. Also, my parents have made me feel beautiful no matter what I look like. I could not ask for a better, more supportive, loving, and understanding family, I am truly blessed. Be brave, be bold, be bald!

As much as it drives me crazy, I am grateful for my oily skin. Because of it, my wrinkles aren't as deep as they could be and I'm constantly being mistaken for being 10 years younger.

Today I'm grateful for my husband. He's been through it all with me, thinning, confused, scared, terrified than bald spots - oh boy!!! then there was the shaving, than the freedom/liberation. Thank you, honey for hanging in there with me. Thank you for all your love & support. And, by the way: HAPPY 26TH ANNIVERSARY!!!

I am grateful for my friends and family who consistently grow out their hair and donate it - my stepdad included!

Hi Michelle, for a minute there I felt sorry for you with 7 kids, but three under the age of 7 in comparison seems OK :)

Wigs were invented by Egyptians? I'll have to check, that's why I love them so much, they were introduced by my ancestors LOL

Thanks Jeff - theme parks with 3 kids under the age of 7 should tire me out just enough to need a real holiday when we get back *lol*
