Living with Alopecia for over 15 years now I can read my patterns to some degree. I know my hairloss this time is going to be extremely bad, probably the worst its ever been. But, I don't know if I'm going to lose all my hair. I've read that areata can lead to totalis or universalis, so there is always that fear in my head. Is this it? Will it all fall out this time?
