Not that I know of. I'm a graduate student, so my life is a bit stressful all the time. But, no more than usual. If anything, this year has been less stressful than others. Strange!

ello.. sorry to pester but i found my patch just over a month now nothing really happening since apart from my head being very itchy and thinning but not visually noticable thinning... im ok with having alopecia but whats stressing my is the not knowing if im going to lose any more or if im just going to have the one abit patches .. its just like aarrggghhh x

This is exactually what happened to me I seen 2 spots and then the hair started to go... it took 3 months.. my hair looked like yours and I had it shaved since then the stress is gone and my hair is coming back solid white ( steriod shots). I laugh now when I see a piece of hair cause it is not mine!
