rob replied to Anisha's discussion Attention Xeljanz Users!! New Alopecia classification leading to denial of coverage
"I have access to pure ruxolitinib phosphate and tofacitinib citrate powder. Purity verified. I made a combo topical of 2% rux and 2% tofa for myself. I am considering making 10mg capsules of each compound and helping out some people if there is…"

rob replied to Anisha's discussion Attention Xeljanz Users!! New Alopecia classification leading to denial of coverage
"Topical creams are ideal for a small area like the eyebrow or a vitiligo patch on your face so you don't have to shut down your whole immune system. Taking these drugs orally just masks the symptoms too. It doesn't cure it. Shutting down…"

rob replied to AlopeciaDestroyedMyLife's discussion Xeljanz (Tofacitinib Citrate): My experience on the trial

"If you are putting on weight it's because it's making you hungry and you are consuming more calories. Gaining weight usually increases LDL. You may want to look into appetite suppressors or change your diet. "

"I'm betting you are overthinking it. Going from 15mg to 20mg wouldn't make you lose more hair. We don't even know what trigger the breakouts of these conditions in the first place. Could be a million things."
