Last night I went on my first date with a wig on. I was nervous and a little self concious, but it was fun and I felt comfortable pretty quick. Im not sure what will happen with this one, but at least now I know that my alopecia is not necessarily a roadblock to finding someone. I feel like this community has taken a huge weight off my shoulders. For so long, I felt like I was the only one dealing with this.
