New wiggies and nerves

Hello all I has some more wiggies yay. I have bought a auburn bob today, it is very thin and airy so perfect for summer. Only £20 because they only had the one on display left as well which is cool. I've had a wig from this shop before and they last well for the price and look good, its worth the drive.

I go to Germany tomorrow and am glad I have some wigs to take. I'm sort of nervous about my hair as I'm going to see my exchange family from a trip years ago and the moms a hair dresser.… Continue

As I consider big changes in my life – new places to live, a new job, making new friends, maybe a new man – this is the question that keeps me up at night.

Vegas is not a place for wearing wigs!!!

Is there a perfect place to live to wear a wig???


Hate wearing wigs in this heat but man!!! Why isn't there a cure for this already??? I am sure the same can be said for aids, cancer and other things. It's almost 2010 and we are still in fossel fuel and no flying cars as I was told as a child that we'd be flying around in to work when I became an adult.

Anyways... I've vented enough. Going to look for the good things in life to be happy about.

No Estrogen

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with estrogen problems along with alopecia areata? Went to the clinic last week to have my thyroid checked along with other blood tests. Got the results today..all blood work good but found out I have NO estrogen my level was zero. Just wondering if that could be the cause of my hair falling out?

Acceptance

Today I went to the local shop that supplies wigs for cancer patients. It was a big step because I have come to accept that this is now my reality. I think the hardest part is knowing it is inevitable that I will lose the rest of my hair but wanting to hold on. scared);

carnival is coming up in my town. its a big event every1 is there. i love going on rides and talking to carnies( some are really nice!) i see everbody there and im horrified!!!! i cant go on rides, at least i dont think i can, because my bandana will fall off. thats got me down but im more scared about people asking me about my hair and worst of all im scared of someone pulling my bandana off(it has happened before)!!! i wont were my wig because i dont were it i perfer bandanas but can anyone… Continue

staring

wat is it with people fuking staring all the time, i have noticed it alot more this last 2weeks, it really does my head in, if they really wanna look why dont they look away wen i look at them, but no they keep bloody staring, hate it, i always stare bak at them but they r still so rude and keep staring,

Mexico is getting closer!

For those of you who have been reading my blogs and such about moving to Mexico... I now have all of my loose ends tied up. I of course have my passports. ANY ADVISE??

My son Max is 2 and has been diagnosed with alopecia since he was 15 months old. He is completely bald and has lost all of his eyelashes and eyebrows. I am wondering if anyone could give me advise on how to help his eyes from becomming so irritated. A Perfect Sunday!!!!!

Sunday was an ideal day, the weather forecast was good and so we got up early and set off for the beach in Wales. We go to a beach between Barmouth and the Clynn Peninsular so it’s about a two and a half hour drive away from Warrington. We break the journey up with a coffee stop at Bala which is always a good place to break the journey. I have not been on as much as I'd like while trying to get more settled into my new home. I came on here to look for a photo and noticed that my photos were missing..

I have 3 cats, Gray claire and there son Chaos.

I also have 2 dogs Gizmo and bandit.

I also have 3 young men and have been married and have had boyfriends.

Wanting my family to be proud of me and not be a shut in

My boys are 18, 22, 24. I am 42. Yep, I was a young mom.

Last night I went out without my wig for the first time in 17 years. I am for the most part a shut in.

I have hidden myself from the world because of my shame.

I get panic attacks when I go outside.

But I have got better.

In the past I could only get out if it was about my sons. Doctors and so on.

I'm Still Ok.

Hello everyone, I thought I would post a new blog since I got a couple of emails asking me if everything was ok with me since I haven't posted or commented lately.
