New job update :)

so i havent gotten to post for awhile... things have been crazy, plus ive been enjoying being a stay-at-home mom for awhile! lol... i started my new job yesterday & i absolutely LOVE it! my new boss is AWESOME... Hi everyone .. I want to share with you my idea. Maybe someone has already done a similar (Then write what were the results). Art therapy for children bald from chemotherapy - hold her bald from alopecia people ... To come to the children with paint, makeup, jewelry and scarves shlyapai. Pair, with the children to create drawings, images to make photo essay and the exhibition "Beauty is alive ".... How do you find such an idea?

A few wig questions

So my best friend is donating her hair to me so i can make a wig im not entirely sure which place i can get one made at , or which is the best place to go to i want a wig that is like the vacum wigs (or whatever its called) one that will stay on . so if any one can give me any suggestions that would be great.

Ingrown hairs?

Hey all,

I was just wondering something and this might be a weird question, but has anyone experienced ingrown hairs where they have lost hair but gaining some regrowth? I have noticed a few marks on my skin and this is the only explanation I can think of.

Regrowth

Hi all. I don't know what to make of this. Just a quick rundown of me. My first spot appeared about a year ago and since then grow a mind of its own and started to creep all over my head. 13 March 2010 i cut my hair all off for cancer "with hope" my hair will get the hint and grow back. but only to find out about the rest of the little self minded spot on my head. Time for an update

Well, let's see.



Since last time, Nathan's hair has all gone. I'm liking this, even if that sounds weird, to the point that I couldn't find him in his school photo from last year, because I was looking for someone with no hair, and it just doesn't seem like HIM with hair anymore.



The latest is that half of his right eyebrow is getting pretty sparce, and most of the bottom lashes on his left eye are now gone too. a few on the lower right, but heh.

A good way to have fun with a bald head

Hi again

Sorry again if there are any misspellings or grammer mess ups. Anyway I am going to talk about a few ways of having fun with your bald head. Do I have to kiss butt to get ahead

I am so frustrated with my job. I work as the Administrative Staff Secretary for physician clinics at the hospital. I just graduated with my bachelors in Health Administration and have two associates degrees. I have applied for several position I am completely qualified for and either this place hires outside or people who don't have any degree or experience. Alopecia/Love/Sexuality

I think one of the things that scares me the most about my hair loss is the fact that I may not be able to find someone who will love and except me for who i am. I have lived as an out bisexual for a couple of years now, and i always wondered if women would be more accepting to this condition than men. Need help with my family

I grew up with alopecia since the age of two my son is developing it now and my wife is taking it very hard. To me it is not a big deal since I did ok with it. I do not understand why she feels so down and am seeing how in many ways Alopecia has a bigger effect on people the love you more than yourself. If I can get some suggestions on how I should handle the situation I would appreciate it.

Treatment not working on my 7 year old little girl

Hello everyone! I am sure that you have heard this before. All the treatments that my little girl has been on have not helped or helped much. Kate is on Prednisone-10mg right now. She started loosing her hair in Nov. 2009. I took her to Childrens Hospital in Denver CO and she saw a great Derm. Doctor that specializes in Alopecia.
