I haven't cried this much in forever

Joe jokes with me that when I find something to obsess over, I put my heart into it. And he's probably right.

Apple pies and the "Man's handbook"

Who thinks it is Stress or Emocional? Do you distinguish anything out of normal after and before lossing you hair??

I have been told over the years that the main cause is Stress, and emocional problems, my derm gave up and sent me to psychiatrist cause he belives it is an existencial crisis...

I am not sure what to think to be honest, I do distiguish a Huge issue in my life back in the time when the loss started to get worse. I have been also a scary child since I can remember...

Telling a six year old

When I return to my hometown to see my family, I generally spend a lot of my time without my wig on. My parents live on a farm and have no air conditioning, so it's about 900 degrees hotter in the summer than anywhere else in the world.



Most people are used to seeing me without my hair and have little to say about it.

Releasing Toxins

More Pictures - New Wig

My mom and I purchased this wig at Hair for You Salon. I am not sure who the designer is because the tag was removed when Linda was altering it to fit my head. She also cut it so that it had a cute style. It is a little shorter in the back and comes down longer in the front. It fits really well (since she cut it to fit my head) and is really fun. Yay for new hair :)…

discovering me

My New Drinking friends !!! And getting my own back on a nightmare date......

I went to my doctor the other day for just a routine check up. It was my first time seeing her and I mainly went just so I would have a primary doctor if/when I do get sick (I don't trust the doctors at my university). Thank you all for the kind words and invites, Michaela and I are doing well she is hopefully going to meet up with a young girl this weekend who has Alopecia and been living with it for some time now so she can get an idea as to how it has affected her life.
